Soft Landings is a key element of the building process, maintaining the “golden thread” of information throughout the build and ensuring operational readiness. Fexillon facilitates early engagement of the end users, the Facilities Management team, and the inclusion of a Soft Landings champion on the project team. Putting in place this collaborative approach across the supply chain enables the key stakeholders to ask the right questions ahead of handover, resulting in a smooth transition to operations.

Operational Readiness

We assist Owners and their project teams with managing Building Information delivery for Operational Readiness, providing the data foundation for Smarter Buildings Management and performance baseline for ESG monitoring on the path to Net Zero.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

During the Pre-Design and Construction phases, the Fexillon Building Information Partner assign a project team that will manage the setup, coordination and delivery of the building information, including, but not limited to:

  • Modification of the existing EIR to align with the project-specific requirements and ongoing upkeep
  • Periodically review the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Setup the project and project teams on the selected Fexillon platform
  • Setup information reviews and approvals workflow
